Chamber Exhibition Trade Show & Networking Lunch Make the most of this true Business to Business Exhibition Experience We are holding our Annual Sandwell Exhibition Trade Show & Networking Lunch in November 2010 at West Bromwich Albion Football Club and if you wish to make new contacts this is an event not to miss! The Lunch is an opportunity for Chamber members to promote their products and services through local trading and networking. A working buffet lunch will be served and you have the choice to either: • Exhibit your company to a host of Chamber members – Table space (4ft wide table within a 6ft length) • Attend as a member to network and visit the table top displays to make new contacts and bring your business cards on the day for distribution Make the best of the event by either taking a table or using the opportunity to walk round the displays and promote your own business to the company’s taking part. This is a true Business to Business Exhibition Experience so make the most of it! There is no charge for each member to visit the table top displays and to book a Table Top Space the charge is £75.00 inc. Vat which includes 2 delegates (Chamber members only). The meeting starts at 12noon and closes at 2.00pm prompt, to allow attendees to return to a full afternoon’s business.

Oxfordshire Chamber of Commerce, in association with our hosts and sponsors Blake Lapthorn, established the forum back in 2007. Since then, it has played a key role in the area, enabling businesses to address the complete range of land-based issues with particular focus on property and planning. An excellent buffet lunch will be provided at 12:00 noon. This will be followed by keynote and project presentations on issues of interest to business. The Forum has already provided an opportunity for a wide range of professionals to come together with local government colleagues; to share knowledge, information and other best practice. Meetings are held at the offices of Blake Lapthorn, at Seacourt Tower, West Way, Oxford.Although the Forum is primarily for Chamber of Commerce members, such is the popularity of these events that we have drawn a much wider audience, including professionals and political decision makers with an interest in property, planning and land. We anticipate places for these events will be in great demand, so we suggest you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Whilst the event will be open to Chamber members and non-members alike, Chamber members will have first call on the limited number of seats available. We will hold a non-member listing and confirm your attendance in good time. A reserve list will also be in operation for those members and non-members seeking to attend once the venue limit has been reached.
